Hotel Leopardi - Pomigliano d'Arco

Very helpful and cheery staff, clean and modern hotel, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with great shower, excellent hairdryer, great choice of food in the restaurant.

We had an amazing thanksgiving experience at this hotel. the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always eager to help us with any question or request. the location was perfect as we were able to easily explore the city's best attractions. the breakfast offered many delicious options and the room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed using the hotel's gym facilities.

One minor downside was the noise level, which could be quite high during peak hours. the Wi-Fi connection was not always reliable, making it difficult to stay connected at times.

Located in a suburban area, the hotel's breakfast offers gluten, free bread and the restaurant serves delicious, reasonably priced food. the staff is helpful and accommodating to guests' needs, offering transfers and showing guests how to get to the train station. Rooms are clean and well, appointed, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds.

The hotel has no on, site parking, so guests must park on the street or pay for a taxi to reach the last train after 8pm.

Our New Year stay at this hotel was convenient as it was located close to the airport and had friendly staff. The breakfast served was nice and had a good selection of food, including eggs and cheese. the room had a balcony which provided a great view of the surrounding area.

We did face some issues during our stay. The heating in the room was not effective, making the room quite cold.

The Wi-fi at Leopardi had a minor issue, but the hotel promptly fixed it with an engineer on-site. The customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this hotel.
